The sintered plate dust collector is a new generation of ultra-high-efficiency dust collector developed and manufactured overseas over the past two decades. It effectively captures dust particles larger than 0.1 microns. For dust particles larger than 1 micron, the capture efficiency reaches 99.99%, with emissions less than 1 mg/m³, achieving true zero emissions. The sintered plate dust collector utilizes a uniquely structured sintered plate filter element that is resistant to acids, alkalis, strong humidity, and wear, resulting in a service life of over 10 years. Its compact structure is only about one-third the size of traditional bag-type dust collectors. Sintered plate dust collectors are currently widely used in dust collection processes.
